Join The New Moms Support Group
So that you can ease into this next stage of life, feeling connected and supported with other new moms just like you.
Becoming a mother is beautiful, but in the thick of postpartum you might feel...
Isolated
You love your baby, but some days feel lonely and overwhelming without adult connection.
There is no safe space to share
You need a place to talk openly about the hard moments without fear of judgment.
Unsure and full of questions
From feeding struggles to sleep schedules, you’re constantly wondering, “Am I doing this right?”
Overwhelmed & exhausted
The sleepless nights, constant care, and mental load of motherhood can feel like too much.
That people don’t understand you
Whether it’s with your partner, family, or friends, everything feels different now.
That you have no time for yourself
You want to feel like “you” again, but finding balance seems impossible.
Share the highs, the lows, and everything in between, no judgment.
We meet in person every week, so you can connect, feel supported, and be part of a real community.
- ✓ Make real mom friends who get it
- ✓ Feel supported and understood, no more going through this alone
- ✓ Bring your baby, no need for a babysitter
- ✓ Get out of the house and into a safe, welcoming space
- ✓ Show up however you are

New Mom Support Group
This is an in-person 6-week series where mothers of new babies can join for community, support, and connection. The date you sign up for is just *the first* meeting date. This group will offer you a safe space to share the joys, challenges, and everything in between that is life with your new baby.
- 6 in-person meetings in Woodmere (address provided upon registration)
- Refreshments served at each meeting
- Weekly discussion topics include: feeding, sleep, postpartum recovery, relationship changes, finding childcare, going back to work (or not!), and more.
- Private WhatsApp group for updates, to share links, and to stay connected between meetings
- ✓ Moms and their babies ages 0-6 months - you are encouraged to bring your baby; you do not need to find a babysitter (but if you prefer to leave your baby with one, that is fine as well!)
- ✓ It is open to you whether this is your first baby or your fifth!
- ✓ Any mom that is looking for connection and community during this transition to life with your new baby.
Starting in the fall
All the A's to your Q's
Can I bring my baby?
Yes, of course!
Is this only for first time moms?
You can join whether this is your first baby or your 10th!
How does registration work?
What happens if I am not able to make it one week?
What happens if Lauren can’t make it?
In the case that I am unable to facilitate the group in person, we will meet over zoom.
In the case that I need to cancel our normal meeting time due to illness or me being at birth, we have a rain date which will only be used in the case that makeup is needed.
