the New Mom support group
So you just had a baby - mazel tov! Perhaps it's everything you hoped and expected; and perhaps there are some bumps and surprises along the way. Perhaps there aren't really people in the same stage as you who "get it" - or at least not any who are willing to talk about the less pretty parts of parenting. Please join for a group of mothers also looking to talk about the highs, lows, and everything in between that is life with a new baby. Whether this is your 1st or 4th baby, you are invited to join this group which will enhance your journey into parenting your new little one.

The fine print
registration is for the whole series
When you sign up, it is for the whole series. There are no drop-ins in order to create a safe, community vibe in the group. There are no refunds for missed classes or if you decide not to continue.
If you need to miss a week
If you are unable to join in person due to travel or illness, you are welcome to join by zoom.
make-ups
In the case that I am unable to facilitate the group in person, we will meet over zoom.
In the case that I need to cancel our normal meeting time due to illness or me being at a birth, we have a rain date which will only be used in the case that a makeup is needed.
