1-Month coaching package

Each month of support includes 2, 1-hour Zoom Sessions to cover one of the following topics, as well as 2x/week WhatsApp support.

- Your birth dreams & choosing your care provider & place of birth

- Reviewing the stages of labor and practicing comfort measures

- Reviewing interventions and Identifying your birth preferences

- Realistic expectations for the postpartum period, and creating your Postpartum plan

- Building your Registry

3-Month coaching package

3 months of prenatal coaching. Each month of support includes 2, 1-hour Zoom Sessions to cover one of the following topics, as well as 2x/week WhatsApp support.

Virtual Prenatal Doula Support

From the time of hire until you give birth, we will work together to help you prepare for all aspects of bringing your baby into the world. This includes 10 coaching calls, spread out over from the time of hire to birth. Unlike monthly packages, this can include childbirth education. Reach out to discuss the best outline to help you meet your goals.

Virtual Birth Doula Support

Perhaps you are not planning on having a birth doula in person at your birth but you still want to be a savvy consumer in the hospital. Having me just a phone call or FaceTime away can help you navigate situations, make decisions, support you through contractions, and be there for any questions that arise before, during, and In the days after baby's birth. When you choose this option it ensures that I will be on call as your doula leading up to, during, and after your birth.

Includes 1 prenatal meeting, birth support, and 1 postpartum check-in call in addition to WhatsApp support from 38 weeks until you give birth to your baby.
